Your Path to BMSCE
Admissions are merit-based via KCET, COMEDK, JEE Main, GATE, and other national/state entrance tests. Seats available for B.E., M.Tech, MBA, MCA, and Ph.D. programs.
Application Process

Appear for Entrance Exam
Register and appear for KCET (Karnataka residents) or COMEDK UGET. JEE Main scores also accepted for GoI quota seats.

Counselling & Seat Allotment
Participate in centralized KEA counselling (KCET) or COMEDK counselling based on your rank. Choose your preferred branch.

Document Verification
Report to BMSCE with original documents including 10th, 12th marksheets, entrance scorecard, and category certificate (if applicable).

Fee Payment & Enrollment
Pay the semester fee and complete enrollment formalities to confirm your seat. Hostel allocation done separately.
05
Orientation & Classes Begin
Attend the mandatory induction program, collect ID card, and begin your engineering journey at BMSCE.

Who Can Apply?
🎓
B.E. Programs
10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. Minimum 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST). Valid KCET / COMEDK / JEE Main score required.
🔬
M.Tech Programs
B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline with minimum 50% aggregate. Valid GATE score preferred; PGCET also accepted.

MBA Program
Any bachelor's degree with minimum 50% aggregate. Valid KMAT / CMAT / PGCET score. Work experience preferred but not mandatory.

MCA Program
BCA / B.Sc. (CS/IT/Maths) or any degree with Mathematics at 10+2 level. Minimum 50% aggregate. KMAT / PGCET score required.

Ph.D. Programs
Master's degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55% aggregate. Entrance test conducted by BMSCE / VTU. Research proposal required.
